We do basic recovery to a new drive at a flat rate of $150 plus the cost of the new drive with free pickup and delivery within 15 miles of Edwardsville, IL. This includes re-installing Windows or Mac OS X if necessary and transferring all recovered files back. This same rate applies whether recovery takes 5 hours or 5 days, as failing drives can read extremely slowly.
